Crema is proud to announce the completion of Malvern Collective, a landmark mixed-use project in the heart of Melbourne’s prestigious inner southeast. Delivered in collaboration with Kokoda Property, Jackson Clements Burrows Architects, and Tract, the development has now reached the final delivery stage, marking a major achievement for the team.

Malvern Collective is designed to complement the heritage and energy of its surroundings. It brings together high-end residential apartments with vibrant retail and hospitality to create a lifestyle-focused destination unlike anything else in the area.

The development comprises two striking towers, each designed with a strong architectural response to Malvern’s heritage context. Its carefully curated residences are matched by activated street-level amenity, uniting public life and private living in a bold new precinct.

The vision was to connect architectural excellence with community-minded design, with a key feature being the seamless blend of contemporary form and retention and restoration of original heritage façades, creating a timeless balance between past and future

Malvern Collective has represented one of Crema’s largest and most integrated projects to date, showcasing our full-service delivery model – from structure to construction, to façade and fit out, with a strong focus on design detail.

Its scale, complexity, and combination of high-end residential and commercial components make it a standout within our portfolio.

The level of urban activation and integration with public transport was also a key differentiator in this project, marking another first for Crema.

A Momentum of Milestones

Throughout construction, the project maintained strong momentum. We completed structural works across both towers, façade installation, internal apartment fit-outs, and common area finishes. Retail tenancy spaces were handed over for fit-out, and the public realm was brought to life through extensive landscaping
