Louis Crema
Time with the company: 47 years (+10 years apprenticeship)
Coffee order: Latte
Louis is an indispensable member of the team, he is the beating heart behind the Crema business who has led the company with passion, honesty, and coffee for the last 40 years alongside his brothers Luciano and Romeo.
Always focused on quality, he prides himself on his hands-on approach and unwavering commitment to deliver on expectations. He has huge respect and admiration for all his workforce, including subcontractors and suppliers, as we are all striving for the same goal and collaboration allows for even greater success.
Michael Crema
Time with the company: 13 years
Coffee order: Negroni
Michael is a third generation Crema, who believes 100MPa concrete runs through his veins. He stays true to the spirit in which the company began, leading with passion, determination, and authenticity. He respects where the business has come from, whilst looking ahead to where the business will go.
His integral contributions play an important role in ensuring that each project is running on time whilst upholding an excellent build standard.
When Michael is not in a hard hat and high vis he is outside gardening, playing with his kids or throwing a Barbell around.
Steven Crema
Time with the company: 12 years
Coffee order: Strong Cappuccino
Steven is a third generation Crema, carpenter by trade with a clear ambition and goal to take the Crema business forward for many years to come. He is constantly developing new skills and building practices to ensure the business continues to maintain leadership within the Melbourne construction industry.
Steven works alongside the construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget whilst maintaining a high-quality standard. He pours his blood sweat and tears into the business, alongside the workers who are helping us strive for excellence.
Christian Crema
Time with the company: 11 years
Coffee order: Long black
Christian is a third generation Crema, some of his earliest memories were those of him getting up early to go to ‘work’ with Dad and although physically not a lot was done Christian observed the passion, emotions and hard work needed within the construction industry.
Much later, graduating from university with a Finance and Management degree Christian was offered a graduate position at Qantas in Sydney, where he worked with multiple teams primarily managing corporate accounting and treasury functions.
In 2014 Christian enthusiastically moved back to Melbourne to become a full time member of the family business, working in roles in Piave, Cambar and Accounts. Christian now finds himself happily cemented in the Construction businesses (Crema and Camillo) responsible for WIP, New Business, Finance, Insurance, HR and whatever other challenges await around the corner. Christian leads the business with passion, authenticity, and integrity staying true to the spirit in which the company began and from what he observed from his father and uncles all those years ago.
Adam Keenan-Dunn
Time with the company: 9 Years

Adam brings more than 15 years of experience within the industry to his role at Crema. He has a notable resume – delivering multifaceted projects from a range of sectors including retail, student accommodation, large scale residential projects and entertainment and community developments.
He leads the Crema business with integrity – behaving honestly with good moral judgement, he is approachable with his down-to-earth nature and open communication. His leadership style provides support, direction, and encouragement to his staff to achieve the best results for their client.
Andrew Harper
Time with the company: 6 Years
Coffee order: Long Macchiato
With over 20 years of experience with the construction industry, Andrew is passionate about the industry and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to delivering multi-million dollar builds to high quality standards. He prides himself on being flexible: able to adjust quickly pushing through roadblocks and producing dynamic solutions to challenges so that progress isn’t slowed.
The projects that Andrew has managed throughout his career has included large scale residential projects, retail, and commercial developments.
Ronald Dass
Time with the company: 20 Years
Coffee order: Americano
Ronald brings over 30 years of finance experience to his role at Crema. He manages and supervises the Crema finance and Administration department comprising of two accountants and eight administration staff.
Ronald personifies our business value of adaptability with his can-do attitude and positive mindset, knowing there is always a solution to a problem.
Darcy Milgate
Time with the company: 6 Years
Coffee order: Espresso
Darcy is passionate about efficient design and procurement during all preconstruction stages, maximising value for our clients. He has an outstanding ability to design and communicate solutions for complex design issues that exist on developments.
Using knowledge gathered from over 10 years of experience in the Melbourne construction industry he takes pride in every project he is completes, and won’t let anything slip by that isn’t up to par.
When he’s not at work he enjoys spending his spare time with his growing family.
Kurt Nolan
Time with the company: 1 year
Coffee order: Flat White
Kurt is a passionate construction professional who commenced working in the design and construction industry in 2005. Kurt’s background in engineering has provided him high analytical aptitude whilst maintaining the ability to think logically. Kurt’s extensive experience across multiple sectors has given him a platform to solve problems through creative and innovative thinking. This enables early identification and resolution of design and construction related issues.
Kurt is known for his ability to maintain and expand on his knowledge of current industry standards and practices. As a Green Star Accredited Professional he is also cognisant of the need for new products and innovation in the industry to ensure a sustainable future is provided for the next generations.
Jesse Paull
Time with the company: 5 Years
Coffee order: Double Espresso
Jesse is an integral part of the Crema team, who brings more than a decade of industry experience, and his expertise has as much breadth as depth. The projects that Jesse has managed throughout his career has included shopping centres, student accommodation, large scale residential projects and entertainment and community developments.
Jesse provides strategic leadership and direction in all facets of Construction Management. His outstanding contributions play an important role in ensuring that each project he is involved in maintains a commitment to upholding a standard that does not waiver. He is skilled at systematically organising and appropriately documenting a project from design concept to completion whilst keeping an outstanding rapport with his clients.
Olivia Stevenson
Coffee order: Latte with 1
Olivia is a third generation Crema, who brings 10 years of marketing and PR experience to her role at Crema. She has proven passion and experience working with leading luxury lifestyle, wellbeing and commercial businesses within property and construction.
She has strong capabilities and success across traditional media strategies, event management, content creation, digital media, and brand strategy. She has worked in some of Australia’s most respected creative agencies and is not afraid to do something new and challenge the norm.
When she is not hustling in the family business, she is enjoying time with her young family who keep her on her toes.
Topaz Crema
Coffee order: Strong Almond Latte
Topaz is a third generation Crema, who works behind the scenes wheeling and dealing in accounts. Although she is predominantly based out of head office, she is often found in steel caps and a hard hat, pushing out Agi’s to ensure Piave concrete arrives on time and up to slump.
She is committed to improving the business every single day and is always pushing for progress and concrete innovation.
If she isn’t out in the yard or onsite, she is enjoying the Melbourne coffee scene and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
