Crema is proud to mark the completion of Caulfield Place in Melbourne’s south-east. A project that’s been a big part of shaping the evolution of this urban part of our city.
Set within the broader Caulfield Village precinct, the project contributes to a long-term vision to revitalise the area into a vibrant, connected neighbourhood integrating residential living, retail, and public space.

Caulfield Place has been delivered as a build-to-rent project, but more importantly, it’s been designed around how people actually live day to day.
Across more than 350 apartments, the focus has been on creating spaces that feel considered, comfortable and long-lasting. Not just something that looks good on completion, but something that holds up over time.
Shared spaces play a big role here. From areas to work, unwind or spend time with others, the building has been shaped to support a sense of community.
Part of Something Bigger
One of the aspects that makes this project different is where it sits.
Caulfield Place forms part of the wider Caulfield Village masterplan, a precinct that’s steadily transforming into a genuine hub for the area. With the station, university and racecourse all within reach, it’s a location that already had strong foundations. What’s changing now is how those pieces are being brought together.
Projects like Caulfield Place add density, activation and life back into the area in a way that feels intentional.
The Build
Delivered as a 351-apartment development, retail tenancies, and featuring some of the best resident amenities in the market, including lounges, outdoor entertainment decks and a resident cocktail bar, to name a few, this project represents a significant construction milestone for the Crema team.
Large-scale residential always brings its challenges — coordination, sequencing, keeping quality high across every level — but that’s where we do our best work. It’s about staying close to the detail, working collaboratively, and making sure the end result reflects the effort that’s gone into it.
Caulfield Place brings together considered design, construction precision, and a strong collaboration with industry partners.
