Setting the Scene

Located in the heart of Melbourne’s new Domain Precinct, The Eighth is steps away from the city’s most iconic spaces: the National Gallery of Victoria, the Shrine of Remembrance, and the new Anzac Station opening in 2025, which represents a new connectivity for Domain Precinct that places The Eighth one train stop away from the CBD.

Book-ended by the Royal Botanic Gardens and Albert Park Lake, The Eighth is strategically located to offer a community of convenience. From the famous Domain Precinct Market to Clarendon Street’s shopping scene, from gourmet restaurants to cosy cafes – the best of the area is all within arm’s reach.

The Inspiration:

The Eighth represents a major milestone in the evolution of apartment living. It embodies the concept of the whole building – not just an apartment – that becomes your home.

Taking inspiration from New York and London, this destination building centres experience and individuality in a way not yet achieved before in our city. All the spaces at The Eighth have been curated and offer opportunities to tailor the environment to resident’s particular styles and tastes. There is a limited collection of 35 private residences over twelve floors. With a maximum of four apartments per floor, ranging from 128-550 square metres, this is exclusive experience-centred living of the future.
