Preconstruction and design
Our dedicated preconstruction team facilitates an in-depth preconstruction phase, working with the client and consultants to uncover solutions that will deliver the best outcome. During this stage, we seek to identify design efficiencies that can save client’s money and improve value management, often adding significant added value to our projects through this early integration of our expertise. Problem solving, thorough planning and innovative design development helps to identify any issues and ensures effective solutions are put in place.

Structure
Crema offers a complete structure package with the ability to complete all elements internally, from start to finish. We own specialty systems to allow for a seamless construction process, and employ riggers, labourers, concreters, steel fixers, post tensioners, carpenters, patchers, estimators, design managers and engineers.

Post construction handover
Crema believes a project isn’t completed when purchasers move in. The site team will continue on the job to ensure a seamless transition from construction to occupation.

Our integrated business structure combines key procurement channels and creates a streamlined approach to construction.
Precast – Manufacture and supply
Utilising our internal precast concrete allows for early design, procurement and cost management for our clients, as well as ensuring it meets architectural and engineering quality.
Concrete – Design, manufacture and supply
We design, manufacture, and supply all concrete for Crema projects in-house, with our own concrete laboratory, batching plants and pumping services strategically located in Fairfield & Port Melbourne. This allows for thorough testing and quality control, and reduces delays that could hold up the project.
Tower crane – Supply and operations
We have an internal tower crane fleet of various sizes and lifting capabilities. We operate and maintain these cranes internally with our specialised fitters, mechanics, riggers and drivers.
Builders lift – Supply, maintenance, and operation
We supply builders lifts to all our sites. These are supplied maintained and operated internally.
Logistics and Transport
Our logistics and transport sector allows for a seamless and time-efficient building program. We have a fleet of 100+ vehicles including trucks, utes and machinery that support Crema jobs and projects with logistical needs all over Melbourne.
Construction
We manage all aspects of construction, employing riggers, labourers, concreters, steel fixers, post tensioners, carpenters, patchers, estimators, design managers and engineers to complete the structure to a high standard.
Project Control (%)
This vertical integration improves efficiency, enables shorter timelines and makes the most of project budgets.
